and send us an email to qiita.help@gmail.com. Then, a Qiita Admin will download your requested studies
using https://github.com/ucsd-cmi/qebil and then loading into Qiita using
https://github.com/qiita-spots/qiita/pull/3112. Note that as this is still
not automatic, only an admin can do this. However, we ask the user requesting
the studies to help us fix the metadata - try to make as close as possible to
:ref:`checklist-for-ebi-ena-submission` so we can open them to other users. qebil
will download the associated metadata from EBI-ENA but in our experience this
is not close to Qiita requirements and thus, we request your help in amending
the metadata.
