I'm still not sure what "global" is meant to signify. Would it have a different meaning to say "wrap_for_aggregation". The comment should explain what it means to wrap a query.

🤔 yes, Well maybe I am too SQL in my mind. The idea of global is when a query has the following shape:
So it is a "global" aggregation, because there isn't any group by expression. how can we call those kind of queries?
wrap_for_aggregation isn't for any kind of aggregation, is only for the empty group i.e. _id = None in the group. also, previously it was wrapped, wrapped as a lookup inside a $collstats, now it is not longer wrapped. Thinking in QE will preserve the wrap. I am thinking of
needs_wrap_aggregation?
