This PR fixes minor grammar and punctuation issues in the GitHub Copilot Extension Developer Policy.

  • Corrected "we means" → "we mean" (typo) in the Personal Data definition.
  • Removed an extraneous word ("within") that broke sentence flow in Section 1.
  • Added a missing comma after the subordinate clause in Section 1 for clarity.

These are non-functional, documentation-only changes intended to improve readability.

No code changes. No policy changes. Small copy edits only.

Confirmed: only three minor copy edits (typo fix; removed extraneous word; added comma).
Happy to adjust wording if needed.

@SupriyaJaiswal7 Thanks for opening a PR! These changes are to a site policy doc, which means any fixes need approval from our legal team. They only accept typo fixes, so removing "within" isn't going to be approved. The other two changes are typos, though, and will probably receive approval. If you can take out that one word deletion, I will get a review from them for the typos. Thanks again!
