I'm not totally comfortable with adding a license for hacking software. The author https://github.com/aydinnyunus provides various tools for stealing sensitive information. It is not clear at all whether the purpose is for supporting security or destroying it.

The author has several other projects that are clearly hackware (keylogger, etc.) where the README says; "Purpose of the project is testing the security of information systems" and the license is Apache 2.0. And his LinkedIn profile says that he is a penetration tester.
It may be that this new license is an attempt to clarify the license. The license conditions seem to be pretty clear that only lawful use is permitted.
So I think that it is reasonable to add the license, but we should contact the author to ask if he plans to apply it to his other projects and to request that he provide a name.
I would also like to see a prominent statement in his README about the license conditions:

1. The software is used solely for academic research, educational purposes,
   or lawful security testing with explicit authorization from the system owner.
2. Any use for commercial purposes, malicious activity, or actions in violation
   of applicable laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.
   It is also to his credit that he explicitly disclaims OSI OSS license status.
