Black Screen on Alt + Tab

For the record, only started happening recently and within this week
Alt tabbing, before I even switch to another window, immediately shows a black screen
Audio can be heard, but no inputs can be registered
Tried ctrl + alt + del, nothing

Is this an issue with recent commits? Might stem from one of these

I'm able to provide more information if needed, though I haven't been able to record this issue yet

Edit: Happened again, and just like the previous times I was gaming. My best guess is an issue with fullscreen
